DQ Systems was founded on a simple idea: the best AI products come from pairing real engineering with people who deeply understand an industry's problems.
The company grew out of two decades of hands-on work across technology and operations, enough exposure to make one pattern impossible to miss: most industries are full of slow, manual, breakable work that the right system could fix, if it were built on how the work actually happens.
So that's the model. We find a real problem inside an industry, partner with the professionals who live it, and build an AI-native product to solve it, agents and process designed around the work, not bolted on after. Each product is built to increase output and simplify how the work gets done.
Four principles that shape every product we build. They're not slogans, they're the rules we use to decide what's worth building and how.
We don't start with a product idea and look for somewhere to apply it. We start with a real gap in how an industry operates: work that's slow, manual, error-prone, or simply doesn't scale. If we can't point to a concrete problem that costs people time or output, we don't build. The problem earns the product, never the other way around.
The people we partner with don't review decks from a board seat; they do the exact work we're building for, every day. The system gets shaped from the inside, against the real edge cases and exceptions that only surface in practice. It keeps us honest, and it keeps the product grounded in how the industry actually works rather than how it looks from the outside.
AI isn't a feature we bolt on at the end. We design each product around what AI agents and automated process can genuinely do, then build the rest of the system to support that. The measure isn't how clever the technology is; it's whether the work gets faster, cleaner, and easier to scale. If a simpler approach does the job better, we use it.
We don't hand a product off and walk away. Each one launches as its own brand and we stay behind it: running it in production, watching how it performs against the real problem, and improving it over time. Building it is the start; operating it is how it actually gets good.

Dany Quintero is the founder of DQ Systems. He has spent the past six years as a software QA engineer at SecureNet Technologies, building automated test infrastructure across web, API, SaaS, and mobile platforms, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Postman, and a working knowledge of how production systems actually fail under load.
Before that, he led technical support teams at Asurion (where he ranked in the company's national Top 10 for technical performance) and Veritas. His work has consistently sat at the intersection of engineering and customer outcomes, making sure the technical work actually solves the business problem.
DQ Systems is the natural extension of that career: building AI-native products and partnering directly with the people who run a business, senior and hands-on, without an agency layer in between.
