02 / What happens next

After you hit send.

No sales sequence. No automated nurture campaign. Just a direct reply from a senior engineer, usually the same person who'll do the work.

Within one business day.

You'll get a reply with our initial read on what you sent, any clarifying questions, and a proposed time to talk if there's a fit.

A conversation.

A 30-minute call to understand the problem and whether we're the right people to build it with you. If it's clearly not a fit, we'll say so and point you toward someone who is.

A written plan.

Within a couple of business days of the call, you receive a written plan: what we'd build together, how we'd work, the shape of an engagement, and what "done" looks like.

We treat your inbound the same way we treat client work, direct, transparent, and without games.

If what you're working on is sensitive, we'll sign a mutual NDA before we talk. Just say so in your message.
